WYATT ELLIS INKS GLOBAL ADMIN DEAL

Nashville, TN -- August 18, 2025 -- IBMA nominated New Artist Wyatt Ellis has signed a global publishing administration deal with Los Angeles-based Limited Edition Music Publishing in conjunction with Warner Chappell Music. The prolific 16-year-old continues to captivate audiences across the country, this partnership marking a significant step in his expanding career and creative impact in the bluegrass, Americana, folk and country worlds.

In 2023, Limited Edition Music Publishing partnered with Warner Chappell Music to sign and develop emerging songwriters in the alternative, rock, pop, and alternative country spaces.

"We are thrilled to welcome Wyatt Ellis to the Limited Edition family," say Greg Sowders and Marc Wilson, Co-Founders/Co-Presidents of Limited Edition. "His playing is as deeply soulful as it is technically brilliant, and his songwriting reflects wisdom well beyond his years. Wyatt represents the future of bluegrass and country music, and we're honored to be part of his journey."

The deal will cover Ellis' full catalog, including recent releases and upcoming original compositions. Limited Edition Music Publishing will work closely with Ellis to support his continued growth as a songwriter and composer, securing sync opportunities, creative collaborations, and broader exposure across multiple platforms.

"Wyatt’s partnership with Limited Edition/Warner Chappell marks the perfect next step in his career," adds Ellis' manager Neil Mason of Red Light. "The partnership unlocks opportunities in Nashville, Los Angeles, and beyond, connecting him with top-tier co-writes and creative collaborations. Since first picking up a mandolin, Wyatt’s growth as a songwriter, artist, and instrumentalist has been nothing short of remarkable. With the Limited Edition and Warner Chappell teams curating sessions for his upcoming solo album, Wyatt is poised for his most impactful chapter yet."

ABOUT WYATT ELLIS

Born in the rich musical bed of East Tennessee, Wyatt Ellis has quickly become one of the most-watched young musicians in bluegrass. A skilled vocalist, gifted multi-instrumentalist, and natural bandleader, Wyatt is redefining what it means to carry tradition forward with heart and authenticity. Raised near the Great Smoky Mountains, his first memory of hearing the mandolin—Bobby Osborne’s solo on the bluegrass classic “Rocky Top”—sparked a deep love for the instrument. That early inspiration came full circle when Wyatt was mentored by the legendary musician himself, and later featured on Bobby’s final recording of the Tennessee anthem that first drew his heart to music. During the pandemic, Wyatt poured himself into learning. He studied with master musicians, composed original tunes, and developed a voice and sound all his own. From pickin’ alone in his living room to fronting a dynamic band on stages across the country, Wyatt’s path has been unparalleled. His debut album, Happy Valley, a reflection of his East Tennessee roots and musical virtuosity, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart—marking the arrival of a bold new voice grounded in tradition.
